Size of Baby: About 2 and a half lbs
Gender: Boy! Parker Anthony
Movement: He is constantly kicking and doing somersaults
Sleep: Ughh!
What I miss: Being able to bend over & a good nights sleep
Cravings: Still sweets, and cereal!

I am 29 weeks! Time is still flying! We met with the Dr this week to go over birthing options. Since I had a C-section with Paige I have the choice if I would like to do a VBAC or another C-section. After going over the pros and con's of each the Dr was rather surprised that I (at this point in time) am electing for another C-section. I just feel like it is the best decision for me/us and having been through both birthing experiences I preferred the C-section (I know some may think I'm nuts but my experience with natural birth was just as bad if not worse than c-section). So, with that said we have scheduled the c-section but can change our mind at anytime prior! Looking forward to meeting our little guy in about 2 months!! We have started painting his room and hope to finish tomorrow so we can put it back together! We are still waiting on bunk beds for the girls so in the mean time Paige is sleeping in her Port a crib in Payton's room. I must say they are enjoying it and Paige loves talking to her sister after the light are out! It is so cute to listen to!

Star of the Week and Pearly Whites

Payton is Star of the Week!
It goes alphabetically so she has been anxiously waiting for her turn! The Star of the Week makes a poster all about themselves and has special privileges at school. The thing I love the most is all of the kids draw a picture and write why they like Payton. The book is so special and is something we will definitely keep forever! My favorite page was from a boy named Reed.. " I like Payton because she is SO cute" hah! And there were several others from boys stating they liked Payton because she chases them, I think we're in trouble!
Payton Leigh Pacheco
I am 5 years old.
My favorite animal is a Cat.
My favorite color is PINK.
My favorite food is Pizza.
Arizona is my favorite place to visit.
When I grow up I want to be a Doctor.
My favorite thing to do is have a sleepover at Grandmas.
If I had one wish it would be for a puppy.

Payton had a dentist appointment and did great! No cavities and was a very cooperative girl for the dentist!

While there they talked me in to getting Paige's teeth checked too. The first visit is free so I agreed. I have to say I should have waited because I didn't get much out of that free visit. Paige was not thrilled with them looking at her teeth! She sat on my lap and let them clean her teeth (took a while but they did it), then they put a coating on her teeth, that did NOT go so well. The only way they got the stuff on her teeth was when she was screaming at her loudest haha! But her teeth looked great, no cavities either! Hope that continues and they have Daddy's teeth! 32 and never had a cavity!

Let's Rewind a Little...

Let's Rewind a little... here is some of what we have been up to the last few weeks! Payton had opening day for softball last weekend!
Warming up with Daddy!

Aren't their uniforms so cute! We definitely got the good colors!!
Apparently in Girls softball the thing is to wear crazy socks! I did not know this and so when we got there it was so fun to see all the different socks the teams had! Payton's team also got a black pair with pink stars to alternate with!

Daddy really needs to get Payton her own helmet, all of the ones they have are way too big!

Payton did great and got two hit without the T! Most importantly she had FUN!!

After the game we went to pizza with the team, the girls had a blast!

The girls had their 5 year and 2 year check ups. They are both happy healthy girls!

Payton weighed in 37 lbs and Paige at 22! Both peanuts like Mommy ;)
That evening we went to Karl's parents to celebrate Grandma Jan's Birthday!

Over Presidents weekend we planned a long weekend to the Cabin! I was so excited to get away and let the girls play in the snow, unfortunately that is not at all how it turned out!

When we arrived around 8:30 I noticed on the way up our road no ones lights were on, then we saw one Utility truck after another.... not a good sign!
As we suspected there was no power at the cabin when we arrived, and boy was it COLD! It started snowing just as we were unpacking and never stopped!

Karl made us two fires one downstairs and one upstairs in an attempt to warm up the place. The power had been off for a few days already which meant the heater had not been on for a while.

Trying to get cozy and stay warm!

We had a family slumber party as close to the fire as we could. I can honestly say I did not sleep a wink! Between being freezing, constantly poking the fire and adding logs, and having Roxy try to sleep on top of us to keep warm, it was a sleepless night.

When we woke up it was still snowing and SO beautiful outside!
The girls went out on the deck for about 10 minutes before getting too cold. With there being no power, there was really no way to come in and warm up either.

There is a big stuffed bear footrest that we brought up to the cabin a few years ago. Paige did NOT like it and he had to be covered at all times. I have no idea why she was so freaked by it!

Daddy and his girls!

With there being no power and the snow continuing to fall we made the quick decision that it would be best to head home. Easier said than done! The driveway and our little street was not plowed, making it a adventure to get out! My husband is an excellent driver and I trusted him but it still made me nervous!

On our way out there were downed trees everywhere! At one point we had to turn around and go all the way back past the cabin to get out another way

Never been so happy to see a plowed road!
Sunday we decided to enjoy the rest of our long weekend and take the girls to the park. Paige loves the swing!

Although it wasn't what we expected for the weekend we still enjoyed relaxing and getting a few things done around the house!

Happy St Patrick's Day!

Happy St Patrick's Day!Payton and I made some St Patty's Day goodies for her teachers, Payton was in charge of counting out the Gold candies and putting the Rainbow Twizzlers in order!

Again, an idea I saw online that I just had to make! I found everything at walmart except the pretzel bags I had to get those at the party store. I made the labels on the cricut. I thought they came out really cute!

CHEESE!

Payton wanted to take a picture in front of her St Patrick's Day artwork. She drew the shamrocks, rainbow and then asked if she could borrow my little leprechaun guy to look at so she could draw one, I think she did a great job!

May your blessings outnumber the shamrocks that grow, and may trouble avoid you wherever you go!
